Cordingup Creek: the sampling site was on Cordingup Creek. The access track is about nine kilometres east of Ravensthorpe on the South Coast Highway. The pool was covered in parts with algal mats. There were dense samphires on edge stabilising banks and overhanging the water. The pool may have been impacted by the road 500 metres upstream.
